Studio: make an image, change one thing, prove the rest stood still

Studio is where a brand makes a new image, changes one it already has, or puts one into another language, each on one screen.

Six image cards fanned out, one of them mid-edit with the unchanged region outlined
Studio, as the home page draws it: an illustration, not a screenshot of the product.

What it does

  • Create new makes an image from a brief, a product, a reference image, or the brand's own content.
  • A created image is made in the brand's own Brand language: the palette, type feel, light, composition and tone counted off the brand's own studied images. The brief wins where the two differ.
  • Edit existing reads an image into its parts — every line of copy, the logo, the product, the background — and each becomes a row with its place outlined on the image.
  • Every element the read found starts on Keep. Keep is the default, so nothing moves that nobody chose to move.
  • After an edit, every element is checked against the plan, and the result says plainly what was changed without being asked and what was asked for and not done right. An element the check did not answer for counts as failed.
  • When an edit rewrites or translates a line, The Vyral sets the new words itself, in a font made for that script, in the original's colour, fitted to the line's box; the old ones are only erased.
  • A created image is saved to Brand content, mapped to its product, ready to edit or translate.

How it works

  • Image Creation starts from one of three cards — From a brief, From a product, From an image — and each card prints its route before it is chosen.
  • Starting from an image has two uses: take its look (same composition, colour and rhythm; its logo, product and words are never copied) or extend the campaign (something that belongs beside it).
  • Image Creation is one question per screen, and the last step is a read-back headed “Before we spend anything”: everything the image is about to be made from, each row with a Change that jumps back to the step that owns it.
  • An edit's purpose is picked from a short list — translate the copy, rewrite it, update an offer, recolour or restyle, change the background, polish, add, remove, move things, resize for a platform — and the page says that one or two changes per edit gets the best results.
  • Regenerate is the same edit again, stricter: everything that moved unasked becomes a named lock and is checked again.
  • Resize and stickers shows the image's size in pixels with placement presets for the common platforms; Crop, Fit and stickers are free and happen in the browser.

What it never does, and what it asks first

  • A logo is recoloured, resized or moved, never rewritten. A background is replaced, never removed. A brand name is never translated.
  • The edit page never reads an image on open. Reading it is a button the brand presses, or the brand can describe the change in words instead.
  • Suggested changes never touch a logo, a product or a brand name, never translate, and any suggested copy carrying a number the original line did not is dropped.
  • A sticker is the brand's own picture — a logo variant, a product's first image, or a file from the computer — and is never redrawn.
  • Nothing completes a project but the person: Mark as finished is the only thing that sets a project to completed.

Where it stands today

  • Video is paused in Studio: picking Video shows a coming-soon screen, and nothing behind it is reachable.
  • Image creation and image update are built and deployed, but the image-making capability is still being switched on for workspaces, so no image has yet been made or edited end to end on the live site.
  • Credits are switched off on the live site today: nothing is charged.

Questions

If I change one thing on my ad, will the rest of it change too?

Every part of the image starts on Keep, and only the parts you name are in the plan. After the edit, every element is checked against that plan, and the result says what was changed without being asked and what was asked for and not done right. Nothing is hidden behind a success message.

Can it rewrite my logo or translate my brand name?

No. A logo is recoloured, resized or moved, never rewritten. A brand name is never translated. Suggested changes never touch a logo, a product or a brand name either.

Does a new image look like my brand?

It is made in your Brand language: the palette, type feel, light, composition and tone counted off your own studied images. The brief wins where they differ. A brand with nothing studied gets no guess; the section is simply left out.

Will it spend anything without asking me?

In Create, the last step is a read-back headed “Before we spend anything” that lists everything the image is about to be made from. In Edit, the image is never read on open; reading it is a button you press. Today credits are switched off on the live site, so nothing is charged.

Is Hindi or Tamil text drawn into the picture?

No. When a line is rewritten or translated, the old one is only erased. The Vyral writes the new words itself, in a font made for that script, in the original's colour, fitted to where the old line was.
